Description
The AOC Muscat de Saint-Jean-de-Minervois is produced only in the commune of Saint-Jean-de-Minervois, in the extreme north of the Minervois, on a
surface of 205 hectares. The vineyard, with its plots of land intertwined with the garrigue, is perched at an altitude of 250 meters: a terroir with a temperate Mediterranean climate.
Muscat Petits Grains is the only authorised grape variety to produce this cuvée. It is grown in sparkling white limestone soils.

IDEAL WITH
Very pleasant to drink as an aperitif, this muscat goes perfectly with foie gras, blue-veined cheeses and dessert.
